Students learn the technique of creating a stitch sometimes called Bavarian Crochet. In class we start a small bag, some students finish, most do not, but they can finish on their own.
Supplies: Crochet hook, tapestry needle, large T pins, 2 colors of yarn, a pad and pencil for note taking, scissors.
Additional Fees for materials: $3.00 for booklet, bag lining and button for bag.
Homework: Hook: # 9 or I hook Yarn: A smooth, worsted weight yarn Foundation: Ch 6, join with a sl st to form a ring. *Ch 5: Work a 4 triple crochet cluster in ring as follows; (yo hook twice, pick up a loop in ring, yo hook thru 2, yo hook thru 2, leave rem loops on hook) 4 times, when 4 incomplete triples are made, you will have 5 loops on hook, yo and pull thru all 5 loops on hook, ch 5, sl st in ring, rep from * 3 times more, 4 clusters made join with a sl st to base of beg ch-5, fasten off, bring to class. | Add to my Outlook® Calendar |
